However, if you're not completely satisfied with the product, it is pretty simple to return them. Please inform us in writing at info@ursanina.si.
The product must be returned in its original condition within 14 days after a written message together with the invoice and a filled-in return form.
In accordance with the second paragraph of 43.d. (Slovenian Consumer Protection Act), the company must return the received payment to the consumer who has availed himself of the right of withdrawal, immediately or within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. In accordance with Article 43d, paragraph 7, the consumer only covers the costs of returning goods in connection with the withdrawal.
We do not accept shipment with ransom. Refunds will be made no later than 7 days after returning to stock.
EXCHANGE
You may echange only items bought from Ursanina.si or any of our official selling locations (i.e. Christmas fair in downtown Ljubljana). Items bought from other locations mush be exchanged through them.
You can sent the items back to us, including the invoice and a return form. Address: Ursanina, Urša Cigler, Rožna ulica 25, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (EU). You should add relevant info about which size and/or colorway would you like to replace it for.

NEWBORNS - size 17 (<10 cm)
Ursanina wool felt slippers for newborns are made of soft thin 100% merino wool felt, ensuring warm and dry feet while creating the most comfortable feel even when worn barefoot. They're suitable for foot lengths up to 10 cm (approx. 6 months old). All colour combinations are available here.
Attention! Since babies love to play with ribbons, you might need to double knot the strings when dressing up for a walk with a stroller.
BABY - sizes 18 and 19
Once they grow up a little, Ursanina baby wool felt slippers are the perfect shoes for those cute little first steps. They come with a non-slip sole coating ensuring your children to play and discover the world safely. They are designed with a completely flat sole, making them the closest option to barefoot walking as possible.

TODDLERS - sizes 20, 22, 24
When children adopt their first steps, it is important that their footwear is as flexible as possible, allowing for a natural foot development, closest to barefoot walking.
Ursanina toddler slippers are made of 100% pure new wool. Thanks to wool's fantastic natural characteristics, their feet will feel extremely comfortable during all seasons. Acting as a natural insulator, wool keeps their feet warm in winter and prevents them from overheating and sweating in summer. This incredible material is breathable, it radiates excessive heat, absorbs moisture, and dries up quickly.
Made of the softest merino wool, they are equally comfortable worn barefoot or with socks. Wool felt slippers are highly recommended for kids that suffer from excessive sweating and fungal infection (mycosis).
The soles are covered with a non-slip coating and two rubber patches for safe playing times at home or in kindergarten. Soft cotton laces will keep the slippers safely on their feet, but can be easily cut off if not needed.

When they get dusty, remove the dust with a vacuum cleaner and/or adhesive tape.
Wipe off any stains with a damp microfiber cloth.
Never brush them. The fabric might pill or tear.
Wash them by hand in lukewarm water, using the wool detergent.
The slippers may shrink after being washed in warm water. While they are still wet, you may need to slightly stretch them back to their original shape. In order to keep the shape, stuff them with soft plastic bags after washing.
